Huawei Ascend P1 gets it's price tag for European launch

The Huawei Ascend P1 is one of the company’s flagship models and was first announced during MWC this year. It has a slick, very thin body, in fact is one of the slimmest smartphone out there, while running the latest version of Android. It is powered by a dual-core TI OMAP 4460 chipset, the same as the Galaxy Nexus[1], has 1GB of RAM and a PowerVR SGX540 GPU. The 8MP camera is on the back, there is a front camera too, 4GB of internal memory and MicroSD card slot. Its SUPER Amoled screen measures 4.3 inches at a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and is protected by the Corning Gorilla Glass. The phone, scheduled for release some time in summer, is now available for preorder in several European countries, including on Amazon.de[2]. Its price tag is set for about 565$, making it a very attractive offer. Huawei have other devices scheduled to be released this year, including the quad-core Ascend D quad, the company’s most powerful device. There are also other dual-core’s on their way, like the Ascend P1S and D1.
