Acer Iconia Tab A700 with a 1080P display now on preorder
The latest and greatest tablet from Acer has now gone on preorder. It is the first from Acer to have a 1080P resolution screen and also one of the first in general to support that resolution. It’s also a very powerful device in a slick, attractive form factor. It’s powered by the Tegra 3 quad-core chipset clocked at 1.3Ghz, has 1GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There is also a microSD card slot, 5MP rear camera and one image sensor on the front side of the device for video-chat. The 10.1 inch 1920 x 1200 pixel display will offer astonishing image quality and it will run Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. The price for Acer’s ultimate tablet is set at 449.99$.
